Position Summary:

The Branch Manager's objective is to achieve the Retail Banking business goals for the overall benefit to our shareholders, clients & associates. The Branch Manager's key driver is growth in a Branch through balanced performance by reducing expenses, increasing revenue, maintaining key business/client relationships, building the business through referrals, recruiting quality team members and creating a climate which fosters superior banking experience & creating the Citibanker Difference.

• Monitor quality and timeliness of service delivery to ensure client satisfaction and maximize sales.
  
• Stay close to the market and customers and provide feedback to relevant departments to enable them to develop market, place products and programs.

• Actively champion all Citigroup initiatives within the Branch and the local community.

Requirements:

• B.A./B.S. in business (preferred)
  
• Demonstrated ability to build, motivate and lead others
  
• Strong people, process and project management skills
  
• Proven ability to deliver results through others
  
• Passion for meeting needs of clients/staff
  
• Experience in Financial Services or Consumer Products Industry
